They usually say that high school is the time which you should never miss as it is the time you will enjoy the most but I do enjoy more of my college life than that of my high school life. | How may of you driver's deal with Middle schoolers on a daily basis. I do. They can teach you a lot of things. Their attitudes are amazing. I tell them all the time that they aren't babies anymore but they are not the big guy on the block either. They are the kids caught somewhere in the middle trying to find their place. They don't want to be told what to do, but they want their respect. I let them know that respect gained is respect earn. They have turned out to be my favorite bunch of kids. | |

| What grades did you get in middle school? I got all A's and for the high school credit courses, such as Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2, I made all 100's... My weakest subject which was English, almost gave me a B... I got usually 90-96 in that class!=( | |

| Watching the way kids are raised today I am appalled at the newest trend. This involves the idea that somehow to keep our kids safe we need to have rules about everything under the sun.
The newest rule in a Ct middle school which states that children are not allowed to touch...no high fiving, no hugs, etc!
I cannot believe that people can be so thoughtless with these rules. I am all for kids being safe...the rule came after a boy got kicked in the privates and this is totally unacceptable to me and everyone else I know. But to take this to the next level and say they can't even touch each other is ludicrous!
Don't people realize that children need touch? That this is part of human nature? We are a species that is social and touch is part of this!
I think we are breeding fear and mistrust into our young people.....it's a horrible thing to do to minds that are influenced by our actions as adults.
This reminds me of a story several years ago where a young man, maybe about 8 or so that got lost in the woods. They started a search party of hundreds of people and looked for him for days. The boy was eventually found but when they talked to him he admitted to seeing one searcher... | |

| my eldest son is 8 years old, 1st year in the emementary school.
his daily schedule is too tight to rest,play with his friends. wakeup early, goto school, goto institute, goto swimming pool, goto institute and then he come to home at night . our neighbor also same here . All of these hardworking is the thing to enter famous university in the future I guess .
do u think these hardworking in the elementary, middle, highschool is necessary? | |

| it was great. of course she really did change she has 3 kids and lots of tats. totally different from when i talked to her last. she was a very quite but fun girl. cant believe how much people change throughout the years but some people never change. what are your thoughts? | |
